Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. Wix provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to showcase and sell our products and services to you. Their secure infrastructure supports our ability to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian's consent. By placing an order or subscribing to updates, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if this condition is not met.

We offer museum-quality Fine Art Photography Prints and Limited Edition Metal Prints. Each print is crafted with care and emotional depth. Please note that colors and tones may vary slightly between screen and print. Custom orders, framing options, and limited editions may be available as noted.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through Wix Payments and trusted third-party processors. Taxes and duties may apply based on your location. 
 
6. Shipping & Delivery
All artwork ships via complimentary standard delivery. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, with delivery expected within 7–14 business days depending on location.
Expedited shipping is not offered, as each piece is prepared with care and intention to honor its uniqueness.
In some cases—such as custom metal prints or specialty formats—production time may be longer. If extended timing applies, we will notify you directly with an estimated delivery window.
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States. Orders placed from outside this region may be canceled and refunded.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to holidays or carrier issues.
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
 
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. Custom prints and limited editions are non-refundable unless defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
 
8. Accuracy of Information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and update information without prior notice, including after an order is placed.
 
9. User Conduct
