  • Where do you ship?
    Currently we are shipping only in the United States. We hope to ship internationally in the near future.
  • Do you accept returns?
    All sales are final. We do our best to represent the art accurately on the web site. Keep in mind that all computer monitors display color differently, so your painting may differ slightly in color from the image you see on-screen. If your order has been damaged during transit, or you have any other problems regarding your order you may email us at contact@yanaslutskaya.com and we will try our best to resolve any issues.
  • What shipping options are available and what does it cost?
    We offer standard USPS priority shipping FREE to our customers! The average delivery time is 5-7 business days. We also offer express shipping for an additional cost which varies based on your location and order weight. You will be able to preview any expected express shipping cost at checkout.
  • Do the paintings come with frames?
    Paintings come ready to hang without a frame. We don’t offer frames, but you may add one on your own to suit your personal taste. It is advisable to reference the measurements of the painting using the dimensions provided to insure it will fit your space perfectly. In-situ images should not be used as a guide.
  • What mediums do you use?
    I usually work in acrylic, but I also enjoy oil and watercolor.
  • Can I visit your art studio?
    Currently I am not able to accept visitors at my studio, but I am excited to offer virtual exhibitions throughout the year from my online gallery.
